First check whether the data is properly synced from Biz Analyst Desktop App
There should be Last Sync Time mentioned below tally company name
If it is not there then, open your companies in tally and restart the app once it will start syncing your data
Still if it doesn't sync you can check for antivirus installed on your system and white list Biz Analyst App
