How do I get OTP

OTP is meant to be for Security. So whenever you login it will ask you for OTP.

You will receive OTP on Phone Number as well as on Mail Id. So in case if your phone no. is incorrect you may check your OTP on Mail ID.

• I have forgotten my Biz Analyst Password? How can I reset it?

  After downloading the mobile app, click on "Forgot Password". After entering your registered email address, you will get an email to create a new password. Once created, sign-in with the same email address and the new password in the mobile app.
