Why wouldn't you view Stock value total by Stock Group/Category?

Why wouldn't you view Stock value total by Stock Group/Category?

With the limited processing speed on the mobile, it was taking a lot of time to do the calculation especially where there are more than 1000+ stock items.
We did not want to affect the User experience by making the user wait 2-5 mins to get 1 report.
However, our backend team is trying to figure out a faster solution to be able to do this in the future
